Project documentation

Project documentation can be done using one of the following methods:

Participatory evaluation in the field: field visits to projects selected to do participatory story development and evaluation. Project staff is involved in the documentation, synthesis, analysis and story writing. The documentation process enables the project staff to interpret results so far achieved on the objectives, core strategies of partners and well as public policy process.

Write shops: Write shops offer the best opportunity for partners to work and learn together in a series of 3-5 days meetings. Write shops help project staff/partners to synthesize key lessons on programme priorities including donor policies and wider development thinking. During the workshops, the partners are requested to come with already written case studies of up to 10 pages both in text and power point. The case studies are scrutinized on content and relevance to key policies and development priorities. Key staff and/or partners participate in the write shops and contribute in the synthesis.
