Organization systems audits and development
PMDC consultants will work closely with your management team and staff to review, strengthen and develop human resources and finance systems. The Human Resource Management involves providing services like staff recruitment, job evaluations as well as development of human resource systems and policies. The finance management systems development and analysis involves reviewing of relevant institutional financial and non-financial documentation such as constitution, finance and accounting policies and procedure manuals, financial reports, financial systems, audit and accounts management, onsite visit for consultation, sampling financial data; reviewing bank reconciliations; conducting face-to-face interviews with staff and key stakeholders to assess the competency and skill gaps of the staff. Other areas of intervention include development, advising on information communication and Technology solutions.
This process involves the review of relevant current policy documents and we conduct a needs assessment of the organisational human resource. We then check the alignment to the organisational strategic plans, current programmes, HR profiles, internal policies and procedures (administrative, financial, human resource, information and technology). After which we recommend (based on the findings from the audit) efficient and effective Finance, General Administration, Human resource, information and technology policies as well as appropriate capacity strengthening actions needed.
