The Team
Our strength lies in the people in the team of consultants we maintain. The team members bring together a wide range of skills and expertise from years of practice. The team is comprised of four senior consultants and associates. The senior consultants are also thematic team leaders who provide strategic business direction in their area of expertise and can engage associates on assignments depending on the complexity of work and expertise required.
Our excellent performance is based upon the diverse set of talented people in our team. In recognition that each industry has its unique needs, we have a network of highly experienced associates from various development sectors. This ensures that we are able to offer solutions that are tailor-made to make our partners and clients successful. They are drawn from various training backgrounds including development studies, anthropology, economics, education and sociology. Their practical experience over the years enables them to effectively address both community and social dimensions in the development process and hence provide professional advice on sustainability by way of institutional development, capacity building and “handing over the stick”. Our consultants have sufficient knowledge and experience in the public, private and civil society sectors in Kenya and Eastern African Region accrued from working at all levels including programme management, consultation and building linkages with various stakeholders on development.
